OptiRova LLC is led by Eric Rollins, with 30 years experience in the Eye Care field. Eric has a business background, majoring in Business Administration with Marketing Emphasis. After a career featuring senior positions in optical retail, frame and laboratory sectors, he began Rollins Consulting LLC in 2006 to help Eye Care Professionals build profitability and patient satisfaction while streamlining business practices. Eric has written for industry publications, including 20/20 Magazine and First Vision Media Group. Eric also speaks for local, regional and national Optometric and Opticianry groups.
Matthew D. Robertson
Matthew D. Robertson is excited to join the thriving team at Optrova bringing with him experience in leadership, marketing and business. Matthew is a licensed real estate agent and member of the Michigan Business Brokers Association. He has a professional background in technology, instruction and communication and can’t wait to collaborate to meet your goals.
Bruce Winslow is a 30 year veteran of the Optical industry and has held various executive positions with major industry leaders. At Bausch and Lomb, he served as District Manager, Regional Director, and National Director of Distributor Sales. During his eight year tenure at Essilor Laboratories of America, he served as the Strategic Account Manager for the Eastern US. In addition, he served as Vice President of Sales for two smaller optical Manufacturers and Distributors. He is also a licensed Realtor in Florida. Bruce holds a Marketing degree from the University of Tennessee and resides in Orlando, FL.
Frank Giammanco, formerly president & CEO of First Vision Media Group, Inc., is a 36-year veteran of publishing and communications for the optical industry. He began his career as editor of Optical Index, a monthly magazine owned by Fairchild Publications. Moving into publishing management and sales, he eventually became a vice president/group publisher at Jobson Publishing. Prior to establishing First Vision Media Group, Inc. in 2000, Giammanco was president of Gramercy Marketing & Media, Inc. a business-to-business marketing communications firm headquartered in New York City.
